Refund & Shipping Policy
Refund for Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you have a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of receipt to contact us and request a refund. To do so, please send an email to glowbear.net@gmail.com, including clear photographs of the product and its packaging as it arrived.
Please note that if the claim is not made within this 2-week period, we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund request.
Returns
If for any reason you decide not to keep the product, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, as it was shipped.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Our standard shipping has a processing time of 2 to 3 business days, due to the high demand for orders. This processing time is necessary to ensure that your order is properly handled. If you choose express shipping, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 9 to 12 business days, depending on the delivery location and the courier service used.
Clarification Regarding Christmas Promotion
We understand that many of our customers have purchased teddy bears as gifts for Christmas. However, we would like to inform you that orders placed after December 12th cannot be guaranteed to arrive before December 24th. Due to the high demand during this season, shipping times may be affected, and we cannot ensure timely delivery. Even so, our offer will be available until December 25. We deeply appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
